For a better experience in the future, several changes will have to be made. Technology has allowed recent innovations to pop up, so things are much easier nowadays. To avoid the next payment from being forgotten, automatic payments through scheduled bank transfers can be made, and reminders can be set-up in phones or other mobile devices so that the user will be able to get ahead of all the payment processes. Also, it would actually be good if there would be a switch in the company offering the policy. The individual must be open in exploring more options, and who knows, their program might be cheaper, and would allow more savings to incur. No more missed payments, and no more headaches too.
